Pasadena Sports Hall of Fame

Coach Jim Brownfield is a two-time National Coach of The Year.  He spent 16 years at John Muir High School (198​​0 - 1996) and compiled a 191-14-1 record, 22 league titles, six CIF Championships, and two state titles in 1985 and 1989 in girls track & field.  Under Brownfield, John Muir also won back-to-back CIF Southern Section football titles in 1985 and 1986.
